OGIL committed to develop its work force with the adequate and focused training to enable them to perform their routine task in most professional, healthy and cost effective manner while considering safety and environment protection is their prime responsibility.

To implement such culture OGIL will:

- Familiarization & understanding of OGIL QHSE & Risk Management system and associated policies.
- Review its QHSE & Risk Management training need analyses to indentified training needs.
- Formulate training plans to ensure appropriate training is provided to personnel that need it most.
- Clearly indentify aim and object for training.
- Allocate necessary force & funds to implement training plans.
- Organize refresher training courses on regular basis.
- Ensure that individuals are continuously assessed by their supervisors to assure the necessary level of competence is attained and maintained.
